Food is always great here as is the service. Great views too.
Mother's Day Brunch was good but overpriced for the amount of food we got and service was super slow due to staffing issues.
I had placed this reservation more than two weeks in advance, noted that we were celebrating our birthdays (my husband’s and mine are a week apart). I requested a table near the windows, seating wasn’t right by the windows but we had a good view. Anthony's Gig Harbor is cozier than the Anthony's we are used to (in Des Moines). It works well! The restaurant is quiet, the service is attentive, and the food is outstanding. Anthony's is our safe restaurant--the food always pleases and we leave feeling happy. Don't feel the smaller size--it's beautiful, quiet, and wonderful!
This was our second visit. I love the view and the fried oyster. Mother’s Day is why we were there. Our kids were very impressed with all of it. They can’t wait to come back and sit on balcony. I ordered a shrimp/artichoke dip and we all loved it. I ordered fried oyster, two ordered steak, one shrimp pasta. Brine of course, then dessert even if we were full, we still ate all the cobbler, chocolate mousse. Service was excellent (I can’t remember her name). Had on pretty fish earrings. We will be back.
Went with my daughter for Mother’s Day . Neither of us had been to Gig Harbor. We were sat downstairs with a water view . Unfortunately we were next to a table with two young children who were screaming off and on for the entire breakfast. Our server was nice but we didn’t get a coffee refill for quite some time. We were told the upstairs was super busy which meant a wait time for us downstairs. The food was not that great compared to other Anthony’s I have been to. All in all I won’t go back for breakfast.
Mother’s Day brunch selections were not on par with the regular menu.
There to celebrate a special occasion and were treated very well. The Black Cod was amazing and Vance took care of everything that we asked for. All stars possible.
