After waiting for an hour the woman who works in the office had lost my chart and name on the sign in sheet. I left a full review on Google.
The office was efficient and very friendly. However, I was asked if I would like to have ……. Can’t remember what it was called. I thought it meant having my eyes dilated. I was asked to sign the authorization for the service and that’s when I noticed what it was for. They wanted me to sign to give permission to charge me $35 for receiving a paper prescription.
