The atmosphere was quite cozy; although a little small due to patient numbers. The front desk associate, to the Dr Ravi, to triage nurse, lab tech, and the out take lady Brandy. I would say I was spoken to with care and compassion for my well being. Everyone spoke to me with respect and all seemed very personable

Dr. Ravi is very knowledgeable, courteous and compassionate. She does a very thorough job in explaining what is going on and what to expect. She has a lot of patience with me as I am asking the many questions I usually have. Great bedside manner and very professional!

Absolutely fantastic! Had an inferior experience with a different doctor and switched to Dr Ravi, and I'm so glad that I did. She was patient, thorough, did the needed procedure right there in the exam room, and really made me feel like she was listening to and responding to my concerns. My husband, who was with me, was so impressed that he too is switching over.

I was seen by another Doctor in this office and I will say that I will be back!! However, the young lady who brought me back to be seen and took my vitals was only thing I had a problem with.

Dr. Ravi & her PA have been amazing. They have educated me about my disease & especially discuss any and all medications with me before prescribing. They are so thorough. Best GI doc I’ve seen!!!!
