This morning, as I was preparing to go to work, I opened the garage door and the spring broke. I called Anytime garage door at 7:30 AM and they were at my house at 9 AM. Dalton installed a garage kit and a new Lift Master garage door opener in a couple of hours. I was extremely satisfied with his service and highly recommend Anytime Garage Door!
Erwin did excellent, very professional work to repair and recalibrate our garage door. He offered options from basic repair to additional preventative maintenance without pressure for the upsell. Anthony assets the problem with the door and broken spring. My door only had one spring. He put a new, needed heavy duty wall mount for rod and put two new springs on, made some other needed adjustments. He did a good job explaining all to me and gave me options do to costs. I was happy with the service. He had the parts on his truck. I’m happy with the work. Will recommend Anytime Garage Door Repair.
The technician was the definition of professional—polite, friendly, and went above and beyond, even helping me set up the app to pair with the new garage door opener. I felt totally safe the whole time, which is a big deal these days! I’ll even forgive the fact that they sent me... an iPhone user. The horror of it🤣🤣🤣🤣
