just had our garage door motor replaced with a new one and the tech 'Dean' did a great job of replacing it for us. He is knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and polite, explained the different models available and their features. Explained what he would be doing and answered all our questions and then some. Great service and if I need service again, I will request him. Thank you. He gets 5 stars.
