Technician charged $100 to pair my garage remote but said it wouldn’t work and recommended a $1000 unit replacement. Later, I paired it myself and the old remote worked — so the receiver was fine. Polite service, but the diagnosis was incorrect and nearly led to unnecessary expense.
Price was double compared to three other companies. Strongly recommend against them

Avoid this company at all cost . I had someone come to give me a quote for my garage door opener . The problem was the door will not open all the way . The person who came after little inspection said he thinks he needs to change the springs/rails etc . A cost of $999. I said Are you sure it is the springs , the motor does not even work when the door is not attached . He was caught surprised by my comment and said he will adjust the motor . Overly priced. For all I know he probably used my own old parts. Never showed me the old parts vs the new part.
