This is our second travel trailer from Apache Village. We are lifetime customers the customer service the attention to our needs, not pushing us to hurry up and buy the entire process. It’s just truly awesome Grady, Danny Bruce, and the entire squad. I just want to give us sincere. Thank you for making the second purchase so easy. We purchased a brand new Jayco unit and ran into an unexpected AC cooling issue. Apache Village’s service department went above and beyond to help us resolve it. Although it took three visits to fully diagnose and fix the problem, they were incredibly accommodating with my schedule and made sure the job was done right. Apache Village is amazing!! Can’t give them enough stars. They've gone above and beyond. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable and took the time to go over every tiny detail to ensure we were comfortable before even pulling off the lot. We were not pressured in any way for an up-sale and treated us fantastic even with a 9k purchase as if it were much more. It didn’t matter. Sales and Service these guys are the best. I always feel recognized and appreciated as a customer. They not only take the time to answer questions. They literally drop what they're doing and make sure I have the "need" i think I do. Show me how to install the parts I bought. They even took the time to check my vehicle for other issues. Great group here in all areas. Cannot recommend them enough.
