Warm employees and great service. First time visit. The first time questionnaire forms has too many unnecceary questions in my opinion. Why should I be providing my spouse's SSN when visiting the dentist?

Thanks for the way you address me on an individual basis, and take my needs--and phobias--into account when working on me. Amy is a top-notch hygenist (and I find it difficult to find even find a good one) who takes the time to understand the patient and what dental issues need to be addressed (She also doesn't dig at my teeth like an over- enthusiastic archeologist.) I have been with Dr. Evans for about a decade and can say he is one of the best dentists in the area.

I was very impressed with the level of service in addition to the nice technology being used. My previous dentist did not have a lot of the new equipment that is used at this location. The free whitening for life was also a huge selling point for me.
