This is top of the line right now for renting an apartment, excellent assistance in the rental office, very nice people working there , friendly environment, highly recommended.
I'm giving this such a low rating because of the careless people staying here and nothing is being done to take care of the situation. You know it's bad when you go the distance to get your voice hear
Expect to pay for amenities that are never accessible. Besides 24/hr access to non residents at the “gated” pool. All other amenities are accessible maybe 5 hours a day (mid day during the week). AKA amenities are ONLY open when leasing office is open. Leasing hours are lacking. Security is also non existent. 24/hour “emergency on site maintenance/manager” is 100% NOT true. For a luxury apartment community the office staff is so unresponsive. There is no monitoring at the pool and it’s crowded with people who don’t live here. At night it’s like a cheap ghetto nightclub with blaring music and wreaks of pot smoke.
For the price you will be paying to live here, you are better off finding somewhere Uptown or just getting a house. The walls are paper thin; your neighbors might as well be living in the same unit as you. Every single day (including weekends) between the hours of 3-6 AM I get awaken by my neighbors above. It literally sounds like “My 600 LB Life” are having tap dancing lessons every time they move.
