We have been using Apex for a few years now. Our account executive Josie Lopez is the most amazing, compassionate, helpful and professional I have ever worked with. She is very easy to reach and is always available to resolve issues. The portal is so easy to use and they are always there to help with any issues. Just wanted to give my apex team there props Tiffany Burr and the crew hands down are the most polite and pleasant people I’ve dealt with. I have never called and spoke to anyone that seemed to be having a bad day everyone is so happy and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better factoring company.
