The installers communicated well during the days prior to installation and prepared us for what we would need to do ahead of time. They were professional and courteous, and worked diligently the entire day. They couldn't have made the process more comfortable for us, working around us and taking our needs into consideration as they worked. Overall just a great experience! And we love our new windows - should have done this a long time ago!
Almost 2 years ago, we had a gentleman come to our door and introduced himself and the Apex brand. We had never heard of Apex and quite honestly, we brushed him off with a courteous "we'll let you know once we decide to purchase new windows" and that's where we left things until earlier this year. Nathan knocked on my door and introduced himself (again) about 2 months ago. I stopped him and told him that I was already interested in his product, as I had looked at it, compared and decided I wanted it. But I told him that I wasn't ready to spend all that money right now. As a customer, my satisfaction is not only based upon the quality of the products but the quality of the customer experience before-and-after the purchase. Can’t say enough good things about our Apex experience. We had Nathan Rouse as our salesperson who was professional and informed. He even checked in on progress from his vacation. The entire process was smooth and the team that came to do the installation did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up perfectly after they were done. I would highly recommend Apex.
We replaced over 30 windows in our home about three years ago, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. Nathan Rouse worked with us in the ordering process and continued to check in during the install. The install was very quick. We love our new windows. Our home is much more comfortable and quite. The product also looks great. We love the functionality and security our new windows have provided.
We thoroughly enjoyed working with Apex, and Nathan Rouse. Nathan was extremely knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Our windows were original to our 1967 ranch. We replaced all the windows in our home and LOVE them. They are easy to clean, have screens, are excellent quality, and insulate our home so much more efficiently. We had zero problems with any of the process...it was seamless. Highly recommend!!!!
