Back at the end of February we accepted a bid from Apex Windows. We had been dreading the time when we would need to replace our wood-framed windows and knew time would be up soon on our 25ish old home. Last year we had our windows replaced by Apex Energy Solutions out of Zionsville. They did a great job. Andrew Schwarz (salesman) was very nice and not pushy. Installers were friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. Windows were great! They really cut down the noise and made the house much more comfortable. BUT then we moved to another home where the windows were a joke. So we call Apex Solutions and had them come out and measure us for new windows. Since December 1998, we’ve been blessed to live in an Estridge Home that we built, and have enjoyed for years with then-state-of-art, double-hung Andersen windows. Over time, I realized that hanging out one of them on the third floor to try and clean another one next to it just wasn’t really enjoyable anymore. Great experience on the sale, and installation of windows. One kitchen window did not open all the way. We called and they sent a tech to repair the next week. No quality issues with the other 8. Great experience, would highly recommend. More affordable than others who quoted.
We had a whole house full of windows replaced. One of them had a crack. Now, all windows are working and don’t fog up. We are noticing that the temperature of the house is more consistent now. I also finally have a bathroom window that opens!
We noticed a difference in our home comfort immediately after installing windows from Apex. Rooms on the west side of the house aren’t as warm in the afternoon, and the AC isn’t working nearly as hard. So happy with the investment!
We were approached by Apex a few months after moving into our new home. Being it our first winter in our new home we weren't sure how much of a difference they would make, but it was amazing how much you could tell right away. We also love how the windows have improved the look of our home. The service was fantastic from our initial sales meeting to finish. The installers we're quick, knowledgeable, and courteous. We are extremely happy with our new windows and definitely recommend APEX to anyone looking for new windows.
We bought our new windows about 2months ago, and I have to say am in love with them, the fact that my electric bill went from almost $800mth to about $300mth( total electricity)! Never thought I would be happy paying bills but this one I can get on board with! Thanks apex!
