Apex has great windows and I would love to use them to replace the remaining ones in our house. However, the customer service we received during our recent project will unfortunately prevent me from going with Apex again. We had 4 windows that were measured incorrectly/made incorrectly which significantly drew out the length of the project. There was no ownership of these mistakes nor was there any compensation for these inaccuracies; Apex took no accountability for their errors. Carlene, We apologize for your frustration but also do not 100% agree with how you are characterizing us. We did measure 3 windows incorrectly and had a few issues with the jamb depth on another window opening. It was a unique install and we made a mistake.
