stay as far away from this joke of a company as possible! ordered windows with grids and it took 14 weeks. They delivered and installed defective windows! the grids were all wrong and look terrible. Reordered new picture windows and still waiting 2 1/2 months later to replace the junk they delivered. Don't waste time with this company who can't build a correct window.
