My experience with Antonio and Brian was pleasant and Informative. I appreciate the time the took to answer my questions. The roofers old have been more careful. They damaged a new gate on a new privacy fence trying to force a tarp with debris on it through the opening and nearly pulled my air conditioning unit completely off the concrete pad. The workers did a great job on my roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Antonio wa s great and kept me informed throughout the job completion. He is a great person to deal with.

This experience was a long one, but nothing about the process was held up by Apex themselves. Overall , the experience was good (my insurance company is the one that took forever). The only complaint that I have is that the final inspection was rescheduled about 6 times and 3-4 of those was on the day of. The house that was getting the roof replaced is a rental that I own and after the two reschedules on Friday we scheduled for Monday (9/16) at 0900. Then it was pushed to 10. Then to 11. Then to 1145.
