My experience with Antonio and Brian was pleasant and Informative. I appreciate the time the took to answer my questions. The roofers old have been more careful. They damaged a new gate on a new privacy fence trying to force a tarp with debris on it through the opening and nearly pulled my air conditioning unit completely off the concrete pad. Hopefully my flower beds will survive them dumping all the roofing debris on top of them. I had to speak to them twice about this. It was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING not being able to c... read more
The workers did a great job on my roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Antonio wa s great and kept me informed throughout the job completion. He is a great person to deal with.
This experience was a long one, but nothing about the process was held up by Apex themselves. Overall , the experience was good (my insurance company is the one that took forever). The only complaint that I have is that the final inspection was rescheduled about 6 times and 3-4 of those was on the day of. The house that was getting the roof replaced is a rental that I own and after the two reschedules on Friday we scheduled for Monday (9/16) at 0900. Then it was pushed to 10. Then to 11. Then to 1145. Everyone was great! The had the job done in no time at all. Antonio was great and communicated with us through the entire process.
