The roof looks great. I just wish communication had been better. Our sales rep moved to Colorado and his successor never reached out to me. I still don't know who it is. The foreman on the job never updated me as to the condition of the plywood underneath or how things were progressing. I heard there were photos but I never saw any. Very pleased with having Apex replace my roof. I have a concern with some shingles not laying down properly but that issue is being addressed by Antonio.

From start to finish the work was fantastic! My roof looks great again and the neighbors have asked what roofing company did the work? They have expressed they will reach out to them for sure. The working crew was fantastic they arrived early and worked until dark. The cleanup was excellent no concerns. Projector manager maintained contact throughout the job and was on site each day and in follow up.

Apex has been very professional throughout the entire process. It did seem like the process was slower than it had to be. Once we got all the insurance and third party inspections complete, it took some time to get on the schedule. I had to call several times to get on the schedule and get someone out to the house to choose the shingles. Once on the schedule, the crew was on time and professional. Apex’s crew has done a very nice job on my roof. They showed up on time, finished on schedule, and did a great job cleaning all around my house before they left the job site. Antonio Argueta kept us informed on what to expect from start to finish.
