Great experience… all were professional and courteous. Worked very hard to complete the job in a timely manner. Only concern was I picked up over 30 nails… but they’re coming back to rework picking up nails.

I experience various levels of the Apex operation and every person I encounter doing this process helped me get to the ultimate goal of our new roof. Getting a new roof can be a painful process but my sales person, Ryan Crane, was incredibly knowledgeable and communicated really well and regularly! Always there when I called with a question. Had some issues with my insurance claim but Ryan helped me stay calm and reassured me I’m good! When the work began, Antonio Argueta, job supervisor, and his team were tireless in their effort, completing the job in two days, even working with headlamps into the night! Both roofs look great. Hard workers. Everyone that I had contact with from Apex was courteous and very helpful. Extremely satisfied.
They have done an excellent job so far and have been responsive to any concerns that I have had,. There is still a punch list for them to complete and if they continue in the manner they have so far I’m sure that they will complete the job in a timely and well done manner.

Once we made it onto the schedule, we have nothing but rave reviews. Antonio was a courteous, efficient, and thorough quality control supervisor, and his crew was polite , hard-working, and meticulous about cleaning up after completion.
