Getting a new roof can be a painful process but my sales person, Ryan Crane, was incredibly knowledgeable and communicated really well and regularly! Always there when I called with a question. Had some issues with my insurance claim but Ryan helped me stay calm and reassured me I’m good! Antonio and entire worksite staff was great! Back office staff (finance, customer service etc) was lacking and never seemed available to answer questions or provide updates. If it was t for Antonio’s and worksite crews professionalism you would get a lesser rating
