Jack Yancy was very professional and helpful. He went above and beyond looking at another leak in my house that was in addition to the leak he was here to look at. Excellent service!!!!

Apex was amazing. We had to battle our insurance company for 3 years. Apex stood by our side the entire time. With their help we won our case and we have a new roof with no out of pocket expenses. And the roof is great also!!!

Apex did a really great job... the sales rep (Marshall) was very responsive and helped us through the entire process. The crew was on time and did a great job. They even cleanup after themselves and piled extra materials in one location. Finally the control Manger (Jack) made sure the job was done correctly and completely. Overall great job by Apex!

Apex installation was great. Workers were very polite, and cleanup after job was very good.
Very friendly staff; from initial contact with the sales consultants (Rick/Jeff/Derek), to the scheduling agent (Josie), to the crew on site and the final inspection (Antonio Argueta). He explained what was replaced with evidence of wind damage and deterioration and explained that the old substrate was no longer consistent with today’s code requirements, though they only replaced those that required it due to damage.
