The 12 man crew showed up on a Tuesday morning at 6:15 am and started removing shingles on my roof. They left 13 hours later with 75% of the roof replaced with new shingles. They came back the next day and finished by 3pm. The ******* came back the next day to follow up on some clean up and help with some gutter issues. ****** was the crew lead, ***** was the project manager and ******* was our quality control person. I have never had such a great experience as I did with Apex Roofing thanks to Lindsey Tessier! She explained the process to me, I was hesitant because “it couldn’t possibly be that easy”, but it was! Apex did all the work dealing with the insurance company and was able to get my roof fixed at NO out of pocket money! Roof looks amazing and I could not be happier! Apex roofing replaced my roof after hurricane ***. I contacted Apex roofing after they were recommended by a friend. The process took a little time due to insurance claim issues. However, Apex stayed in touch and moved the process along. I had a very good experience throughout the entire roof replacement. The office staff, supervisors, and work crew were all terrific. My roof now looks great and its obvious they take pride in their work. I cant express enough how good my experience with Apex was. Thank you Apex Roofing.
