We were hesitant on replacing our roof for some time, but Lindsey Tessier was very helpful and very informative during the whole process and guided us through each step. Apex would also send weekly updates by email on where we were in the process when it came to insurance and installment of the roof. When it came time to install the roof the work was done in 1 day. I would recommend Lindsey Tessier and Apex roofing to others.
Signed up with this company well over a year ago due to a hurricane Insurance claim a year after filing the claim everything was settled Apex Roofing agreed to do my roof per the estimate agreement. After the work was completed two weeks later I received a bill for over $2,400 for material on new wood that needed to be placed on my roof I was never notified when I called up their customer service line they informed me that per their contract they don't have to tell me. Where do I begin, this company is so helpful and knowledgeable! Other companies would never be as thorough with inspections. Apex crew provided me and my husband with so much information and understanding. We appreciate their services! We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.
My whole experience with Apex was great! The sales rep knocked on my door doing free roof inspections so we decided to get a look due to the roof being 13 years old and 3 months later I got a new roof. Process was smooth and David answered all our questions. Definitely would recommend!
A bit disappointed with my experience with Apex. Initially, they were very friendly and helpful, offering to take care of the entire roof with the insurance company, so I authorized them to do so. A year and a half later, once the claim was resolved, they were fast to come back over and formalize a contract. Their quote was about 25-30% more than other quotes I received for the same 1,200 sq ft house re-roofing, but this was the value they submit to the insurance company for claim, so I was not going to argue it, as it was ... read more
