Dr. Sami performed thoracic surgery on me in Feb. 2023, and all went well. Dr. Sami did two operations on my husband in 2024 and 2025 which went well also, just had complications from other issues that has delayed his recovery. We love Dr. Sami. He takes time to listen to us when we have an appt.
By far the best experience I’ve ever had in the medical system. (For the record I’m not a fan of the system). Apex was responsive from day 1, the process was clear, scheduling was fast, things were expedited when needed, and communication was great. I never felt upsold or sent down unnecessarily medical paths. Dr Seecharan conducted my surgery - also a great process. Highly recommend
My wife had successful back surgery in August 2024. The recovery period can be up to one year with several follow up visits to the medical center. Everything was met with professional conduct. Was she pleased to have had the surgery and be relieved of the pain without a doubt she was. Thank you APEX.
I felt that Dr. Ayer’s did not listen to my concerns. I feel that he did not suggest anything medical to help with my care. I feel that he ignored what was said to him during my office visit. I definitely did not like having to wait for him in the exam room for over an hour and a half and I don’t believe that any effort was made for my appointment time scheduled with this doctor. I wouldn’t suggest going to see this doctor. Do No Harm.
I recently had a cervical injection performed by Dr. Raore, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. He is incredibly patient, informative, and calm, with an excellent bedside manner that immediately puts you at ease. I was feeling quite anxious before the procedure, but he took the time to explain everything and reassure me.
