Even though they were made aware of the Philips CPAP and BiPAP recalls they still haven't notified people who purchased their machines through Apolo. And even though I heard about the recall from a friend who heard from Jayhawk Patient Supply... Philips can't process it because Apollo has not done their part... a part I assume should have happened when I purchased machines more than a year ago. I'm more than disappointed in the level of care and support that is provided.
Worst customer service and billing practices I've experienced for my CPAP needs. I wish I never did business with them. I bought a Philips CPAP machine from Apollo on 2/24/2021. On June 17, 2021, I saw on the news that there was a recall on Philips CPAPs. I never received any notice of this recall from Apollo. I contacted Apollo to see if mine was affected and they said I would have to contact Philips. Friendly people but I overpaid when I reordered supplies and they refused to refund the difference. They old me I had to wait 90 days and check back with them on the overpayment. It took weeks to get anyone to return my call and I still haven't received anything. I recommend double checking your insurance payments and upfront charges they charge you.
