I have been a customer for over two years. They always have the replacement parts I need and everyone in the store is very familiar with the equipment and can answer any question you may have for them. When I went in for my first visit they gave me several suggestions about which system to go with and I have not regretted the Phillips Respironics that I selected. Good folks to know and do business with.

If you are needing help and feel lost and overwhelmed let John and his staff assist you. Great business!
Even though they were made aware of the Philips CPAP and BiPAP recalls they still haven't notified people who purchased their machines through Apolo. And even though I heard about the recall from a friend who heard from Jayhawk Patient Supply... Philips can't process it because Apollo has not done their part... a part I assume should have happened when I purchased machines more than a year ago. I'm more than disappointed in the level of care and support that is provided.
