Recently our 10 month old pit caught Parvo! It was so scarey, she wouldn't eat or drink and kept getting sick! She was no better on day 4, so we took her to the vet, I didn't have much money, so they did everything they could for my dog on my budget. They wrote her 2 prescriptions and gave her fluids, and sent us home. They told us she'd get worse before better, and it would last about 10 days. She did amazingly! Amazing staff! Everyone was helpful and cordial. More than cordial, downright hospitable. The doggy dr. Was highly intelligent, but wasn't disconnected. She was in the floor with my 4 and a half month old puppy. She did his vaccine so smoothly and without his knowledge that I was seriously impressed. 1st Dr. Vet or otherwise that I actually had respect for. Informative and kind. Everyone needs a raise!
Took my girl in for shots. She was so nervous and they offered to let us wait in my vehicle. They called us when the room was ready, right on time, and let us in the side door so she didn’t have to see the other animals. I was given all the options but didn’t feel like anything was being forced on us. Dr. Alex was amazing with my girl, getting down on the floor with her to make her more comfortable. Very reasonable prices and wonderful people.
Brought our lab puppy in for an emergency visit, they were upfront about their fees. The Dr was super nice and effectively explained her treatment plan options. They didn’t speak to you like you are dumb or empty your pockets.
They were incredible with my babies. My older boy He-man was abused before we got him and the staff was great with him since he tends to be very mistrusting of people!! Great job!!
