Assistant manager Brad was excellent along with much help from the receptionist in service dept, but that was the only plesent thing about my appointment today. Not the first time yall dropped the ball!!!!

I have enjoyed my Mercury, Milan but recently I haven't received good service. I have had my car in their shop 3 times for the same problem, and they claim to have fixed it but it still isn't fixed. They kept it for a long time and didn't give me a car to use as they said they didn't have any. I was also sent a recall on the air bag and they said they would call me to set up an appointment to bring it in but I am still waiting on a call. This was about a month ago. I was told to bring my car in on Friday and it would be looked at that day. I had it towed in Thusday evening and they told me that it would now be at least a week before they would look at it. Mind you, I bought the vehichle at this dealership and in the 60k miles ive had it have had to bring it in for the transmission to be rebuilt and the alternator has had to be replaced. This time the car wont even drive and they said they had no clue what it could be. I will never buy another Ford in my life if this is how its dealers ... read more
