*UPDATE* I called the number provided by the establishment as requested. Instead of speaking with the manager directly, I was given an offer: they will send another technician to my address to fix the issue. My washing machine has been leaking for several months. I called the company and they sent out Mark as a service technician. He was prompt on time and got it handled quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with his work.

First of all, they were able to squeeze me in on the same day as my dryer just randomly stopped working. Andrew showed up not only on time but early. He was professional and was able to analyze everything going on with my dryer and fixed it the same day and it’s actually better than you. Thank you so much Andrew for going above and beyond! I really appreciate it. I will call your company anytime I have an appliance issue.

I came home from working nightshift to a warm fridge and freezer. I was able to call and someone came out to troubleshoot in a little over an hour. Russell understands that I could buy a new fridge but I would rather fix the old one - it’s going to take a little extra time to source the right parts but I trust he is going to get it right, and his communication has been top notch. Appliance Care of Atlanta was quick to answer my repair dilemma! Through a series of quick emails we set up a visit for the day after! Our dryer was fixed and we were very happy with the work, the professional treatment we received and the price was better than we were expecting!
