The Technician was very good, however my issue is with the repair price. I was first quoted $420 to replace the water valve in my LG fridge. When I objected it was immediately lowered to $ 395 which included the $ 77 trip fee, leaving $ 318 for parts and more labor. The water valve is available on line for $110 retail plus shipping. Replacing it required maybe 20 minutes at most. In essence, I paid $ 250 plus for the trip and labor for 30 minutes max work. Thus my 3 star rating.
Stan and Mo were both excellent technicians who thoroughly explained their respective services. Would definitely recommend Appliance EMT.

Fast appointment. Great tech. Found problem and ordered parts. Returned 2 days later to finish the repair. Hope I don't need Appliance EMT again any time soon; but when I do, I'll call!

Mo was great in fact will use EMT for our whirlpool refrigerator which is still under warranty with Lowe’s. The company they sent out was horrible and impossible to get in touch with. Mo even gave us his personal cell number. He certainly won us over for all future refrigerator repairs!
