Won't work with you very in professional. Wouldn't recommend going here. All they care about is grabbing money from people not putting you in a good car.
By far the worse experience at any car dealership I’ve ever been to. Ray (car salesman) was every piece of unprofessional as you can imagine. Went there to view a car I saw only and from the moment I walked in he was already in a bad mood. Refused to let me see the vehicle until the finance manager (S) told him to. I purchased my car in October, the car is great, no issues. My buying experience was a typical used car buying experience. The salesman was fine, the manager was pushy. My problem is with the referral bonus. I referred someone to approved auto to purchase a vehicle, back in the beginning of November. They purchased the vehicle, and I still have not received my bonus. When trying to call to inquire about it, no one answers the phone. Bought a rig for $17,000 and have had nothing but problems. The sales team and manager tried to make it right after the exhaust leak problem but now my transmission is going out and check engine light is throwing codes for air in fuel lines. I've only owned this under 7 months but after thinking about it I think they're problem is with their mechanic. So if he's working on any of the other vehicles that they are selling I would stay far away. I don't think I've ever been this screwed over in my life what a costly mistake.
