We installed the AquaClear whole house water treatment system (including a RO unit for drinking water and ice machines) a couple of years ago after having an expensive repair due to pin hole leaks in our copper plumbing. We were sold on their guarantee that their system would prevent these kind of leaks in the future. This review is about our Aqua Clear Water System maintenance visit on 11.6.24. Rob was prompt and friendly. He did the job for less money than we anticipated. That’s always a nice surprise! It may be because we bought our own salt elsewhere and there’s only 2 of us using water in the house. We found Rob to be professional and knowledgeable.
We use Aqua Clear on a rental cabin in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. We’ve been delighted by how personal and responsive they’ve been. Even beyond that, though, the quality of their work is high. This is a great company.

Nick was very polite and knowledgable and STRONG, He changed the main filter, checked the water softener the salt tank and managed to get inside and out of the well without extra hands, despite the fact that our well roof needed to be moved for access. He thinks he will bring an extra pair of hands next time. Great bloke!
We have been so pleased with our water system!! We’ve had it two years now. We paid for the maintenance system and it was so worth it! They call every year to come out and change all the filters and clean and check the system. It has just been one of the best decisions ever!
