Service for a water leak in home filtration system. Daniel introduced himself and he matched the photo Aqua Clear sent when I showed him where it was leaking he immediately know the problem. Daniel was fast, friendly, efficient, cleaned up after and got our system, including RO, back in operation. Five start easy.

I live in Knoxville and bought a cabin in Gatlinburg. The cabin is on a well and I wanted the water tested. I scheduled an appointment. I drove down from Knoxville only to be told my appointment was service appointment, not a new customer appointment. So they had to reschedule for 2 days later. Two days later, The tech got a flat tire and all day they kept saying he will be there soon. He did not show. Reschedule for 3 days later. He finally shows for my "free water test".
