Technician arrived promptly and completed the work in a satisfactory manner. We discussed solutions to ongoing mud problem and request was forwarded to home office.

My water system stopped working because a repairman turned off the main water intake valve; however I didn’t know what he’d done. I still had water but it was bypassing the filtration and softener. Boy, I could certainly tell from the smell and nasty taste of the water! I guess we have taken it for granted. We installed this unit in our new home in January of 2014. We are so thankful for this company and service😀 We have had well water for 25 years and replaced appliances because of hard water, but no more! We have this amazing soft water and purifier and love it. We have even seen glasses that had a hard water film become like new. This is one of the best investments we have ever made!

Love the purity of our water. This system takes all the chemical/chlorine taste out of the water. Removes all the suspended particles from the water

A leak had shown up in one of the brass fittings on the water softener system installed in the past year; I contacted Aqua Clear and they asked me to send pictures of what I was seeing. Called me back the next business day to arrange for somebody to come out and check this very slow leak and make sure everything was exactly as it should be.
