******, our service tech today was great. He was very sensitive to the medical situation that we had going on in our home and wore his booties and mask. He took his time to explain all that he was doing and discovered part that need to be replaced and it was under warranty. This is a great company the kind of company you don’t experience much anymore, they make you feel important.
