It was great having Billy *******come to my home recently. He was respectful, very knowledgeable and so patient with my curiosity and many questions. He detected a problem with the function of my water softener that I was unaware of ~ and fixed it after taking steps to determine what wasn’t causing the issue. He explained everything he was doing so I’d understand what was happening with my system. Aqua Clear water is a great company. We have been customers for years. The consistency of their service is tried and true. They care about customers and have professional technicians like Chris. The service was stellar today. Chris is knowledgeable and polite. He was very respectful of our house and that carries a lot of weight. When you care about the water for your family / pets you can TRUST Aqua Clear and all their employees (like Chris and Don).
Everyone I’ve spoken to at Aqua Clear WS from Megan and Chris who I was in communication with over the phone to the technician Zach Summerall who serviced the system at my house has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and had great customer service skills. Colton is seriously the best representative of an all ready outstanding company. Aqua clear water systems is simply the best water filtering system in Tennessee. Scheduling is never an issue as they always send me a courtesy email and txt reminding us of yearly maintenance.
