Dr. Ghane's chairside manor is impeccable!! She lets you know step by step what she is doing and why. I felt very at ease which is saying alot because I can't stand dentist.
Very enjoyable experience considering it was a trip to the dentist. Teeth felt clean afterwards.
The entire staff is always very friendly
It was great to meet my new dentist and I look forward to many years of service to come. The only thing different for my last appointment was not going home with the usual goodie bag of new toothbrush, toothpaste and floss as Dr Vance always sent me home with. Actually this items became my replacement dental care products at my office.
Very pleased with Dr. Ghane and BJ. Made my visit very pleasant and enjoyable. I fell that I am in good hands.
When visiting the doctor for a check up, she claimed that I need a new crown since the old that I had for over 10 years needs to be replaced. I went ahead with he doctor's recommendation and had anew crown put in early April this year (2019). Few days ago (August), about 4 months later, the crown fell out, luckily I did not swallow it. I went to the Dentist to have it put back in and the Dentist tried to put the blame on me for the crown's failure. An obvious attempt to extract money for a job poorly done. I was disappointed in the service and carelessness from the staff. I went in with 2 kids and myself to be seen. And I left minutes after.
Although I was very impressed with Dr Ghane, and I am quite loyal to Dr Honnar and her staff, I was not terribly impressed with the clinic. I am surprised to see such an outdated clinic(dental equipment appears outdated). I usually tease that I still remember spit bowls, but this facility actually still uses them. May want to look at investing in some new equipment. Perhaps from Deluxe Smiles!
