First time there. I purchased the complete detail service with high gloss wax. There were water spots on one window. One small window wasn't touched. Some exterior trim below and around the doors needed to be cleaned more. The door jambs were only just slightly wiped on the surfaces you can see standing next to them; bend down and not at all. Take some pride in your work.
Today was my first visit. I was disappointed to get my husband's truck home to see that while the truck was clean, the top of the tool box was filthy and there were leaves and dead bugs in the bed of the truck.
Staff with bad attitudes and screwed up my new Mercedes by putting in soaking wet mats back in without drying them off. How obvious is it to dry mats off. Floors smelled wet after.
The owner somehow always seems to remember everyone and is so incredibly nice. I really love this place and that fact that I get a discount because I live at Memorial by Windsor. I highly recommend.
