Great experience, great team. Love our new hot tub and look forward to relaxing after long work days. Aaron was great and followed up with us durring our shopping experience. 10 out of 10 we would recommend.
Purchased a new spa end of July. Spa delivered mid-October. Hasn't worked from day 1. I spent $1000 for electrical work to make this "plug and play" spa work- still doesn't. Going on 3 months of the spa collecting dust. Sales rep was nice and helpful during purchase, but no follow through with issues. I get it- his job is to sell the next one.
The showroom had tons of spa options. Aaron was great to work with and was very responsive.
