Bought a 6 person jacuzzi spa here. Great pricing and very personalized service, delivery and set up. In addition Jim answers his calls without going to voicemail and helps figure out whatever the issue is. In the 4 years since I bought the jacuzzi, Jim continues to treat me like a valued customer. From first contact to delivery, Jim and the team were above excellent. Always responding to questions and making sure I got the best deal possible. I have dealt with other spa suppliers and received very basic interaction, and once the deal was done I realized that all they cared about was my money. Not so with Aqua Living Factory Outlet. We found not just our dream spa but a golf cart as well! Super happy with the sales team, Debra and Jim really know their stuff and are not pushy and make sure to educate you on the spas and carts! Quality wise amazing! We got the Catalina with the hard top and it’s perfect! We did get the pro cart model for our golf cart in a beautiful blue color. I recently purchased the Catalina Carlton hot tub, from the local Aqua Living Store in Port Saint Lucie. The hot tub is incredible! Very good price for what you get. I looked at smaller more expensive units before I settled on Catalina.
