I initially went to the Aqua Living website to look at the spas. I use the the contact on the website to show my interest, and received a text message from Tyler the very next day. He made it easy for me to select a spa, and get it ordered right away. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks, and it arrived exactly 6 weeks from the day we ordered it. Tyler was very helpful even after the purchase, I texted him with questions and concerns. I recommend buying your spa here.
I recently had an issue with my bullfrog spa and was put in contact with a guy named David Bernstein and let me tell this guy is all about customer service. His ability to problem solve and his attitude about customer care is a breath of fresh air. We visited a few other Hot Tub dealers before coming to see Tyler, and I suggest you do the same. We were able to get more features, and a better quality unit, for thousands less! And our experience with Tyler was great, he answered all of our questions, probably some of them twice, professionally and more importantly, educated us on what to look for.
I visited Aqua Living a couple days ago. It was a very nice store and Tyler was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking to purchase a swim spa or hot tub. Make sure you speak to Tyler.
