We ordered our spa in 2022 we received something that was completely used and damaged and three years later it still looks the same and we’ve had several maintenance people come out to fix and nothing has been installed correctly or to our satisfaction. Right off the truck it didn’t run or work. Our heater doesn’t work and now our chiller doesn’t work. This has been a horrible nightmare I would never use this company.. Tyler’s customer service is top notch as well as he is extremely knowledgeable in all things spa related!! I recently had an issue with my bullfrog spa and was put in contact with a guy named David Bernstein and let me tell this guy is all about customer service. His ability to problem solve and his attitude about customer care is a breath of fresh air.
