Becky was amazing. We purchased our hot tub without ever walking in the store. She sent videos and pics of each one and explained the differences. We didn't purchase one in stock so it took two months for them to build it and get it to us. We don't know much about hot tubs and haven't had any after sales calls to see if we needed anything but that may be because we purchased online.
A very pleasant experience dealing with all personnel. Becky was very helpful when we were purchasing our hot tub. When calling LPI about delivery the person was very courteous and helpful. The delivery want well considering the wet weather. We are really enjoying our new hot tub.
*WARNING* BUYER BEWARE! - Negative stars should be a thing! Let me start off by saying that if you are expecting on time delivery of your item or good customer service please go somewhere else. I have to say: When we showed up at Aqua Living Spas in Choctaw Oklahoma, and set down with Becky Espenshade, literally everything went smoothly and we had our new swim spa decided, ordered and paid for in less than 45 minutes. Although we had a few calls prior to showing up to finalizing the process. Becky is very professional and not your usual pushy sales person. After many stores and so many choices to choose from when shopping for our hot tub, we came upon Aqua Living in Choctaw, Ok. Becky made this buying experience a very pleasant one. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I will say anyone in the market for a tub go see Ms Becky, you will be glad you did.
