Becky with aqua living in Oklahoma City is absolutely amazing! She is professional, personal, and very informed about each and every hot tub that they offer. We bought the perfect one About 2 1/2 weeks ago. It was delivered today. The electrician hooked it up, and the water is being filled as we speak. If I knew how to break down further categories, I would give the entire experience 5 stars. Becky was awesome to work with. She’s very knowledgeable and patient with those that aren’t. She explained everything I asked about to ensure that I got the right hot tub for what I was wanting. And, of course, I’d rate the delivery and the hot tub itself a 5 as well. Thank you Becky for everything!
The process was great & I was impressed with the sales lady, Becky! Very helpful and the entire experience was great! I went to two other places before I bought this hot tub, and I was absolutely astonished by the price at Aqua living factory outlets! It was delivered on my spot and hooked up. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a hot tub. Buy it from this company.
Becky was amazing. We purchased our hot tub without ever walking in the store. She sent videos and pics of each one and explained the differences. We didn't purchase one in stock so it took two months for them to build it and get it to us. We don't know much about hot tubs and haven't had any after sales calls to see if we needed anything but that may be because we purchased online.
Becky at Aqua Living was very professional and made my purchase a breeze. She was able to secure the last T 250 Tuff spa in inventory and it was at my home in less than 3 weeks. Thank you, Becky, for a great job! Daniel
