From start to finish Aqua Living personnel are absolutely amazing, professional and dedicated to the individual care of their customers. Purchased a hot tub from buddy in Feb 2022 and had a fantastic season with it thus far. We opted for a simple version of all the choices Aqua Living had mainly for easy maintenance as we don't actively live at our vacation home. Buddy was super helpful, responsive, and install was super easy. Electrical tie-in took just an hour, and the maintenance of the tub with a simple chlorine system has been great. Thanks again!! Buddy was a big help showing us the different spas available. We chose a Tuff Spa 450 and couldn’t be any happier after ordering it the factory let us know what stage the spa was in all the way to shipping. Delivery was spot on. The no slip texture of the spa is the best and the attached cover makes it very easy to take care of. Loving every minute of it. Thanks for the great service.
