Purchased a hot tub from buddy in Feb 2022 and had a fantastic season with it thus far. We opted for a simple version of all the choices Aqua Living had mainly for easy maintenance as we don't actively live at our vacation home. Buddy was super helpful, responsive, and install was super easy. Electrical tie-in took just an hour, and the maintenance of the tub with a simple chlorine system has been great. Thanks again!! Highly recommend these hot tubs.
From start to finish Aqua Living personnel are absolutely amazing, professional and dedicated to the individual care of their customers. They helped me choose the right Hot Tub for our home and exactly what we needed for our budget. WE LOVE OUR NEW HOTTUB!!!! We enjoy watching outdoor movies and football while relieving stress. Buddy was a big help showing us the different spas available. We chose a Tuff Spa 450 and couldn’t be any happier after ordering it the factory let us know what stage the spa was in all the way to shipping. Delivery was spot on. The no slip texture of the spa is the best and the attached cover makes it very easy to take care of. Loving every minute of it. Thanks for the great service.
We purchased a Catalina Berkshire Spa from Buddy at Aqua Living this summer. After a lot of research, this spa was by far the nicest spa at the best price! The Tuff-Cover is a great feature that you won't find on other spas! Also, the availability and delivery time was great! Buddy was truly a pleasure to deal with. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Buddy was quick to respond anytime we called or texted him. I would highly recommend Aqua Living to anyone who's ready for a luxurious spa!!!
Absolutely love my swim spa! Buddy, was great at providing me all the details from selection, deposit, and ancillary activities to prep for delivery ! The delivery team was professional as well. I would use them again if I purchased another spa or jacuzzi.
