From the moment I walked into the showroom in Conroe I was treated warmly. After reviewing all the spa options with Margaret and bringing my wife in for a second look we chose the spa we wanted. Martin at Aqua Living had the exact hot tub I was searching for in stock when I called. So I was able to purchase it over the phone on a Saturday and 4 days later it was delivered and placed exactly where I wanted it! Great customer service and excellent prices!

I would send any friend or family member to Marty and his team, after the amazing experience we've had, from start, purchase, delivery, and set-up. Marty was patient and answer questions we had about different models, pricing, add-ons, and more. NEVER did I experience any high pressure sales and when we were ready to purchase (Black Friday Weekend) he even had a sales associate meet us to open the store on Sunday when they were closed.
