From the moment I walked into the showroom in Conroe I was treated warmly. After reviewing all the spa options with Margaret and bringing my wife in for a second look we chose the spa we wanted. Martin at Aqua Living had the exact hot tub I was searching for in stock when I called. So I was able to purchase it over the phone on a Saturday and 4 days later it was delivered and placed exactly where I wanted it! Great customer service and excellent prices!

I would send any friend or family member to Marty and his team, after the amazing experience we've had, from start, purchase, delivery, and set-up. Marty was patient and answer questions we had about different models, pricing, add-ons, and more. NEVER did I experience any high pressure sales and when we were ready to purchase (Black Friday Weekend) he even had a sales associate meet us to open the store on Sunday when they were closed. Do noy buy ANYTHING from Aqua Living or LPI ! I'm a disabled Vet stuck at home and can't hardly walk. I paid over $30,000 for a swim-spa to try to get exercise to loose weight before another surgery. Waited a year for it to be made. It was delivered in February, and it's now August, and I still can't use it. Now CEO wants to schedule another month of work on it. I have been lied to, caught their employee doing drugs under my house. They put the wrong tiles in it and now tried to replace it 4 times. He used the wrong type of ... read more

The initial 3rd party technician did replace the tile. Our inhouse technician replaced the tile following the incident described. Factory technicians are coordinating a service to clean the unit and fully resolve the concern. Thank you for your patience.
Horrible experience with their hard cover. It doesn't close correctly and lets debris in on a daily basis. No solution to the problem from customer service. Stay away from this company. We spent a lot of money only to have something that doesn't work.

When to purchase a spa from Aqua Living was given a quote with discounts and a $1000 payment it left a balance of $7000 for 12 months with zero interest. They sent me over a contract for almost$17,000 over 60 months. Which means they wanted me to pay them $10,000 in interest. I told them to shove it I wanted my deposit of $1000 back which they have not done. We purchased our Dr Wellness four person hot tub from Aqua Living Factory Outlets spring 2026. The local sales representative was informative and helpful. The hot tub was installed on a six inch level concrete pad and connected by a seasoned, licensed electrician. This electrician installs 2-3 hot tubs per week on average. The electrical installation fully passed the municipal electrical inspection by a licensed inspector. Unfortunately, the breaker on the newly installed service disconnect keeps tripping.
