Marty at Aqua Outdoor Living has done a phenomenal job for us and the swim spa is exactly what we were expecting. Great company with awesome customer service!
From the moment I walked into the showroom in Conroe I was treated warmly. After reviewing all the spa options with Margaret and bringing my wife in for a second look we chose the spa we wanted. Martin at Aqua Living had the exact hot tub I was searching for in stock when I called. So I was able to purchase it over the phone on a Saturday and 4 days later it was delivered and placed exactly where I wanted it! Great customer service and excellent prices!

I would send any friend or family member to Marty and his team, after the amazing experience we've had, from start, purchase, delivery, and set-up. Marty was patient and answer questions we had about different models, pricing, add-ons, and more. NEVER did I experience any high pressure sales and when we were ready to purchase (Black Friday Weekend) he even had a sales associate meet us to open the store on Sunday when they were closed. hard sell, promised 2-3 weeks .. will be 2-3 months, no customer service, service request forms not answered(except to send a wiring diagram as requested) , no return phone calls, order cancelled via email (no one to talk to that can help) .. dispute filed with AMEX .. STAY AWAY !!!! company has changed names again. This rating for A+ must be old, the reviews from years ago were good .. not so much now .
Unacceptable Customer Service and Failure to Resolve Issue I purchased a hot tub from Aqua Living (McKinney, Texas). We have been dealing with an unresolved issue with LPI since June. I bought a UTV and did not get the bill of sale when picked up in Rochester by and have to get the run around about it very disappointed will never buy from here again

These people don't stop texting and calling!! I bought the hot tub, I wouldn't have if I new it would be constant harassment!! Buy from home Depot or someone else these guys are the worst!! Ive tried blocking them and nothing... I am literally changing my number so they will leave me alone. There should be some recourse as a consumer.
