Herb seems to be a genuinely great guy at the Norcross location. However, we are 2 years in exactly & still haven’t had all of our initial service/warranty concerns addressed. When speaking to the company in TN they seem to be genuine but fail miserably on warranty claims and service even from issues noticed at the initial install. My regret is not going with a company that handles everything in house (one stop shopping… even since is was a little more $ but hopefully better service) ! Great experience with Herb at Aqua Living on my purchase of the Mac Daddy Legend series golf cart !! Herb went above and beyond from our first conversation on the golf carts all the way through the pickup date of my new golf cart ! The customer service has been fantastic throughout the entire process and the follow through after the sale with reprentatives reaching out and making sure we are satisfied with my purchase. Awesome company. Magnificent support, superb customer service and direction from the staff. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a hottub. My neighbor also purchased a hot tub from this company. Helps with pain for lower back and outstanding for relieving tension on every part of the body. Family and friends love the tub. Easy to clean and maintain consistency throughout the year. Going strong for year 3.
Herb Rapp and Aqua Living have been so great to work with. Ordering our hot tub during the pandemic was a challenge and they rolled with the punches, delivering a great product and service. Herb has been great in following up on things we’ve had questions on, so I highly recommend working with him.
