Spent 12k on a Catalina Spa and have had nothing but issues since we got it and the warranty is horrendous and that is an understatement. We have valve issues, base support issues and all the lining on the 1500 dollar cover fell off within days. I can't drain it because the valve cannot be found. I was sent a valve replacement in a FedEx bag not even in a box and we are expected to put it in ourselves. I purchased a spa several months ago. We notified the company it arrived with a damaged cover and side of spa had deep gouge. We filled out warranty on line, contacted seller multiple times etx. Still no resolution. They take your money and fail to respond after deal is done.
