These guys are amazing. I asked a question on their website on a Saturday night and I got a text on early Sunday morning with an answer. Amazing service, super helpful, they went out of their way to get me the item I needed, helped me with instructions. I would not just buy from them again but I hope you will all use them as well. It is rare these days to find shops with a knowledgable team. Justin, who helped me, not only knows the products they carry but also had helpful tips and tricks for the install.
I contacted this Aqua Quip location for help in fixing a gas fireplace that stopped working, and after being told that someone would contact me to set up an appointment I never heard anything back. Repeated requests went unanswered. I ended up going to a much better company to get the fireplace fixed.
These guys are the best! They steered me toward the perfect tub for my needs. I use it every single day. They have given me perfect guidance on maintaining water chemistry. They are always willing to answer my multitude of questions. I love the people at this store! Ask for Jason!!
Thanks to Aqua Quip we are the proud owners of two new efficient and beautiful gas inserts for our fireplaces. I thought they were just decorative. No way, I was so wrong. These inserts make our home so warm. I had to switch from sweatshirt to T-shirt. The fireplaces were just sitting there not doing anything useful. Just wanting to comment on 1 year of owning a Finnleo sauna from Aqua Quip--we love it! We retrofitted a closet in our home gym to hold the sauna (added a dedicated outlet) and it fits in perfectly. Now that the days are truly grey and dreary it's wonderful to come home to and shake off work and relax into the evening. So glad we made this purchase! And like everything from Aqua Quip, it was 100% easy, from purchase to install. Thank you!
