After having truly TERRIBLE experiences with our local AquaRec I went to this AquaQuip location. Sean has been extremely helpful and kind. I will recommend this location and Sean in particular to anyone with pool needs.
Had a fantastic and successful trip in today regarding my new hot tub endeavor =) not only was the staff friendly and knowledgeable but patient while my kid was single handily piecing apart their display (it was a kid section) I walked away with knowledge and hopefully a clean(er) hot tub.
Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We bought a hot tub that spring a leak after only 2 months. 2 months later we have gotten little to no communication and a whole lot of hoops to jump through trying to get it fixed. Wish I could just get our money back so I could go buy a decent tub somewhere else
