Coral was well packed and shipped correctly. Coral arrived alive with a slight white line at base. As the day went on the white area increased. By morning the entire coral was gone except for a tiny piece. The coral melted overnight. Pretty disappointing to pay almost $200.00 including shipping and have “nothing” to show for it

Customer service was HORRIBLE and near non-existent. None of my emails were answered and I had to peck through the website to find what I was looking for irt ordering. Then, after placing multiple orders, there was no verification whether they would ship together or not (they did). The phone number on the website goes to voicemail and the calls were never returned - the secondary number in the message had the same issues.
