I’ve never seen better customer service. Today was my first time visiting and I ended up looking around at all the different fish for over an hour. The staff, the manager and the owner were all extremely helpful and polite. I never write reviews, but I couldn’t be more impressed.
Visited for the first time last week. They were very helpful and had a large variety of fish.
Customer Service is excellent. They go out of their way to meet special needs that other aquarium stores refuse to accommodate. This trip I also found a gorgeous betta at a reasonable price. I also like that they have a Customer Loyalty Program.
I LOVE Aquatic Marine. I went for the first time about a month ago, and have been back about 5 times since. I have stocked my 75 with only fish and plants I purchased at Aquatic Marine and everyone is doing amazing. They have the best selection of aquatic life in the area. I drive from across town for my monthly visit to Kinny and Aquatic Marine! I wouldn’t get my worms and supplies for my little axolotl from anywhere else. The store itself is just so beautifully laid out, when you walk in, there’s this gigantic and gorgeous aquarium that just takes your breath away! I’ve never had anything but wonderful service and experiences there, I highly recommend!
I love this store. They are always so patient with my questions, and their stock is very healthy. With their help, I’ve set up two thriving aquariums. They also took in a fish who outgrew my aquariums, and I get to see him thriving when I go in!
