A certain DON had an affair with a certain administrator and a certain spouse became angry and threatened harm against the residents and staff and changing the codes on the doors was the only precautions taken. Staff, residents and residents families were not notified of this incident. If management kept this secret from family members, I’m nervous of what else they’re hiding from family members. Would not recommend to family members that I love.

I want to thank the staff at Arbor Grace for the 11 rehab to home success stories just in the month of May. The leadership and team at Arbor Grace are first class. Keep the great work up. God Bless.

I enjoy my visits to arbor Grace. The facility always smells nice and is always clean. Often the residents are engaged in some form of activity with staff when I visit. The front desk staff are welcoming and the sign in process is easy and thorough. Staff have consistently been helpful with any questions I have as well.

Arbor Grace is an asset to the Kilgore community. They have a very caring staff and the facilty is beautiful. Highly recommend for rehab as well as long term care.

This is an incredible facility with a great team and wonderful leadership. They have so many activities for your loved ones as well as great nursing!
