I enjoy my visits to arbor Grace. The facility always smells nice and is always clean. Often the residents are engaged in some form of activity with staff when I visit. The front desk staff are welcoming and the sign in process is easy and thorough. Staff have consistently been helpful with any questions I have as well.

Arbor Grace is an asset to the Kilgore community. They have a very caring staff and the facilty is beautiful. Highly recommend for rehab as well as long term care.

The staff has always been courteous and has never treated me unprofessional. If they treat the patients as well as they treated me when I called to check on my mom then they are the best you can hope for in this type of facility! They have gone over and beyond what most places in this type of care does and I thank them for the care they have given my mom.

Horrible staff overall. My father died in their care. One nurse’s aid ripped off my Dad’s fentanyl patch and put it on herself. Another nurse’s aid called my dad an idiot because he was struggling to sit up in a wheelchair. If you ask for help, they roll their eyes and ignore you. Pitiful attitudes from most people who work there. I had to watch my dad suffer and die because of the poor care. Already filed a complaint with the State.
