DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! The management here is terrible, maintenance never comes to fix any issues, and there is trash build up on the property every weekend. There is never anyone in the office, plus the apartments are simply overpriced for the condition that they are in. The model that they show you is NOTHING like the actual lay out of the apartments. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I have stayed in apartments and not one has been as unprofessional as this one. When moving into the apartment we were told that the apartment was going to be ready in the following 2 weeks. When arriving at the property on move in day we were told the apartment wasn’t clean, didn’t have air, a mailbox key etc. While we were moving in they were literally gluing down the floor in the living room and the carpet was wet stains on the countertop in the bathroom and tub. Please don’t move here ! Don’t move here , I live here and I wish I wouldn’t have . The manager is nice and helpful till you move in. There’s so many gnats everywhere inside and out . Big big roaches ! And maggot are appearing in my cabinets and I don’t have any open food . I want to move so bad but I signed a year lease

Verified Renter Unprofessional. I was overcharged TWICE FOR RENT. They didn’t apply my special of half off december rent . When I first moved in my apt was still dirty , had carpet bugs , had a foul smell & my balcony door still isn’t fixed .
Verified Renter Been having issues since moving in . A/c unit is broken they promised to order part and being digital thermostat and never did . When I moved in the apartment was disgusting and dirty. It’s terrible

Verified Renter Poor management and their very nonchalant . Maintenance is very slow, they half fix and path up things. I don’t recommend anyone to live here. I’ve reached out to corporate numerous of times and left messages, I haven’t received a callback yet. I have been dealing with leaks for almost two months at a time. I have pictures and phone records to back it all up.

Verified Renter Could use some major upgrades and renovations for the amount bn charged monthly.
AWFUL this place is not worth the little money you pay. everything is cheap and so many things was broken when i moved in. i was told that it would be fixed but never gotten fixed. it smells no matter what you do.
