We would honestly give a 5 to all of the categories. I live out of state so I can't comment on the community I know my mother and father in law are very happy.

Staff is very attentive and caring. Lots of activities and very clean!! I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one. They have a bridges program that is between assisted living and memory care which is unique to their model

Mom has been living with dementia for 15 years. This is her third community. We visited several communities and found the resident engagement is far superior to other communities where mom has live.

It is a reasonably new facility and the staff could not be more welcoming and kind to our mother and family. While we are less familiar with the services for the residents who may be less mobile given our mother is still fairly independent, she has been able to avail herself of the many conveniences offered such as laundry and housekeeping, a wide variety of recreational activities on and off site, and full dining services. It is a beautiful well cared for place. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are a nice size big enough. The activities were very good. The food was adequate not great.

5 across the board... very happy with the place. Staff is amazing and the facility is so clean and bright. We chose Arbor Terrace because of the design of the facility. I like that it was brand new.

My mother in law was an amazing cook and worked in food service, so maybe she's more critical than the average resident. She had an aide that she adored, but for some reason she was reassigned -and she's not as enamored with some of her new aides. Residents need to really speak up when they need something and Mom does not because she's afraid that they'll label her troublesome. It's crazy expensive considering that Mom really doesn't need much one on one care (yet).

Overall experience. - it was a stressful experience to move my mother in law in but everyone at Arbor Terrace was helpful. Cleanliness -common space is always clean. Friendliness of staff - everyone is so nice & friendly. Quality of care - sometimes we need more communication with the staff but overall we are happy. Meals/Dining - the food is good.
